Sintetiza AI was founded in December 2025 in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil, by Olsen Rodrigo (CEO), who brings 18+ years in healthcare technology. In 2026, Cássia Stiti de Paula joined as co-founder and COO, running operations and leading every client diagnosis. Olsen designs the technology; Cássia makes sure it fits the operation and gets adopted.
